Our 100% grass fed and finished lamb is regeneratively farmed.

Diced lamb

Very nice, tender , trimmed well. Would have liked the dice to be a bit larger as a few hours in the Slow Cooker saw some melt away, larger dice would have prevented this. Overall 5 stars

Deliciously tender

Great value product, beautiful in a slow cooked stew or casserole. Lovely earthy, sweet flavour, melt in the mouth. Will order again, for sure.

Tender but uneven

The diced lamb is always flavourful and tender -we often make a curry with it. However the sizes can be a bit inconsistent so when using in a kebab I find the need to cut much larger pieces down to size,
